Lisa Borchetta is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Mentor Coach. She earned a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University New England. She has applied her expertise in administrative, research and therapeutic settings.
Lisa believes that... “Each of us has, at our core, a fundamental sense of self - our individual values, goals, strengths and passions - and we are at our best and most productive when our day-to-day lives are aligned with this inner core.” In her work as a coach she assists her clients in connecting with, defining, reviving and redirecting their energies in service to these core elements.
Using a positive, forward-looking approach, Lisa works with her clients to develop effective strategies for moving their aspirations into concrete and actionable plans. “My passion is helping others to discover their passions and helping them realize their full potential.”
Lisa works with a diverse client base but has a particular focus on life transitions and connecting with personal and professional goals, passions and growth. “I wake each day with a sense of gratitude for all the experiences that have shaped my life and an excitement and appreciation for the adventures yet to come.”
In addition to coaching clients in both individual and group settings, Lisa taught new coaches entering the field as a member of MentorCoach’s International Trainer Team for five years. She is also a writer and public speaker and has served in a variety of leadership and volunteer positions for a number of professional organizations such as: International Coach Federation-New England, Life Planning Network-New England, Women’s Business Group and others.
